Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy

Hook Fixer provides digital products and customized AI-assisted creative services. Because processing may begin immediately after submission, refunds are limited except where required by law.

1. Final-sale point

Unless law requires otherwise, a sale becomes final once you access the private form, submit User Content, processing begins, or a result is generated or delivered. We generally do not refund change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction, failure to use a result, or expectations not stated on the product page.

2. Digital delivery

Results and recovery links are delivered electronically. You must provide an accurate email and check Inbox, Promotions, Spam and Junk. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may depend on payment confirmation, form completion, service availability and review needs.

3. Incomplete orders

If you do not complete the private form, we cannot generate the result. Contact support if your private link is lost or expired. Failure to submit required information does not automatically create a refund right.

4. When we may provide a remedy

We may consider re-delivery, replacement, credit, correction or refund for a duplicate charge, confirmed unauthorized transaction, payment captured with no identifiable order, wrong product delivered by us, or an unrecoverable delivery failure within our control.

5. No-refund situations

No refund is normally available for creative preference, platform rejection, output similarity, copyright or commercial-use expectations, incorrect user information, failure to check email folders, violation of our terms, or failure to use the service.

6. Revisions and third-party risk

Unlimited revisions are not included unless expressly stated. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, input rights, platform terms and commercial suitability. We do not guarantee copyrightability, uniqueness, monetization or platform acceptance.

7. Disputes and cancellation

Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate delivery. Cancellation is generally unavailable once digital access or processing begins. Suspected fraud, chargeback abuse or unauthorized access may lead to restricted service.
