    Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy

    This Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, cancellations, order issues, and digital delivery work for Hook Fixer (“Hook Fixer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy applies to purchases, free submissions, paid result packs, AI-assisted creative services, downloadable materials, email-delivered results, forms, workflow outputs, and related digital products or services offered through hookfixer.com (collectively, the “Service”).

    This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing, submitting content, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Service.

    Hook Fixer provides digital products and customized AI-assisted creative writing services. Because the Service may begin immediately after purchase, form submission, or access to digital materials, refunds are limited as described below and only available where required by law or expressly approved by us under this Policy.

    1. Summary of Our Refund Position

    Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales of Hook Fixer digital products, customized AI-assisted creative services, result packs, downloadable materials, and email-delivered outputs are final once any of the following occurs:

    1. You receive access to a digital product, result pack, download, file, form, worksheet, guide, template, or other digital material.

    2. You submit your hook, lyrics, prompt, song idea, creative instructions, or other User Content for processing.

    3. We begin processing, analyzing, rewriting, formatting, scoring, reviewing, or delivering your order.

    4. A result, diagnosis, rewrite, score, prompt-ready format, short-form pack, email, or other Output is generated or delivered.

    5. You use, download, copy, access, or otherwise benefit from the purchased digital product or Service.

    This means we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with creative results, failure to use the product, disagreement with the diagnosis or score, platform rejection, copyright concerns caused by your own input material, or expectations not expressly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

    2. Nature of the Service

    Hook Fixer is a digital and AI-assisted creative writing service. It is not a physical product, legal service, copyright-clearance service, music publishing service, distribution service, advertising service, or guaranteed commercial-performance service.

    Our outputs may include creative suggestions, lyric hook rewrites, diagnoses, scores, formatting suggestions, Suno/Udio-ready prompt formatting, short-form content ideas, alternatives, and workflow materials. These outputs are creative assistance only. They are not guaranteed to be unique, copyrightable, commercially usable, accepted by any third-party platform, or successful in any song, video, ad, post, release, or distribution campaign.

    3. Digital Delivery

    Hook Fixer products and services are delivered digitally. Depending on the product, delivery may occur through one or more of the following methods:

    · Email delivery to the email address you provide during checkout, form submission, or support communication.

    · Access to a form, workflow, download, guide, template, result page, or digital file.

    · Automated or manual processing through third-party tools, workflow platforms, AI systems, ecommerce platforms, payment processors, and email delivery providers.

    · A confirmation message, order confirmation, result email, customer support message, or replacement delivery email.

    You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address, checking spam, junk, promotions, and blocked sender folders, and ensuring that your mailbox can receive messages from Hook Fixer or our service providers.

    4. Order Requirements and Customer Responsibilities

    To receive a paid result or other customized output, you may need to complete a form or provide required input. Your order may not be deliverable until we receive both successful payment and the required User Content or order information.

    You are responsible for:

    · Providing accurate checkout, contact, and email information.

    · Submitting the required form, hook, lyric idea, prompt, song concept, or creative instructions after purchase where applicable.

    · Ensuring that the User Content you submit is original or that you have the rights needed to submit and use it.

    · Avoiding prohibited content, artist-imitation requests, copied lyrics, copyrighted material, unlawful content, or content that violates our Terms of Service.

    · Reviewing all Output before using it in any AI music platform, social platform, streaming platform, distribution service, advertisement, commercial release, or public post.

    · Checking the terms, commercial-use rules, licensing rules, and copyright policies of any third-party platform you use, including AI music platforms and social media platforms.

    5. Delivery Timing

    Any delivery time shown on the website, product page, checkout page, confirmation email, or marketing material is an estimate unless we expressly state that it is a guaranteed delivery deadline. Delivery time may depend on payment confirmation, completion of the required form, workflow availability, system uptime, third-party service availability, email deliverability, manual review needs, volume, and the clarity or legality of your submitted content.

    If no specific delivery estimate is provided, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the digital product or result within a reasonable time after receiving both successful payment and all required information from you.

    If delivery is delayed because you did not complete the required form, provided an incorrect email address, submitted incomplete information, submitted prohibited content, or did not respond to a support request, the delay is not considered a delivery failure by Hook Fixer.

    6. Abandoned, Incomplete, or Unsubmitted Orders

    If you purchase a customized Hook Fixer product but do not complete the required submission form or do not provide the information needed to process the order, we may be unable to deliver the result.

    Unless otherwise required by law, failure to complete the required form, failure to provide the required User Content, or failure to respond to our reasonable support requests does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

    We may, at our discretion, keep an unsubmitted or incomplete order open for a reasonable period, send reminder messages, provide a replacement submission link, issue a store credit, reopen the order, or close the order if we cannot process it. To reduce confusion, please contact us at hello@aihookfixer.com if you paid but cannot find the submission link or delivery email.

    7. When Refunds May Be Considered

    Refunds are not guaranteed. However, we may consider a refund, partial refund, credit, replacement delivery, or other remedy in the following limited situations:

    · Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment-processing error.

    · Payment captured but no order record exists. Payment was successfully captured, but no related order, submission, or service access can be identified after reasonable investigation.

    · Delivery failure caused by us. We are unable to deliver the purchased digital product or customized result due to a technical issue within our reasonable control, and we cannot resolve the issue through re-delivery, replacement, correction, credit, or another reasonable remedy.

    · Wrong product delivered due to our error. We delivered a materially different product from the one purchased, and we cannot correct or replace it within a reasonable time.

    · Unauthorized transaction. A transaction is confirmed as unauthorized through the payment processor or applicable legal process.

    · Refund required by law. Applicable consumer protection law requires a refund that cannot be waived or limited by this Policy.

    In many cases, our first remedy will be to re-send the delivery email, provide a replacement link, correct a technical delivery issue, issue a replacement result, provide reasonable support, or offer store credit. A refund may be offered only if we determine that these remedies are not appropriate or legally sufficient.

    8. No Refund Situations

    Unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by us, we do not provide refunds for:

    1. Change of mind after purchase.

    2. Failure to read the product description, checkout information, Terms of Service, this Policy, or delivery instructions.

    3. Dissatisfaction with creative style, wording, diagnosis, scoring, alternatives, or subjective quality of the Output.

    4. A belief that the result should be more emotional, commercial, viral, original, poetic, simple, complex, human, or platform-ready than delivered.

    5. Failure to use the result, download, guide, template, or digital material.

    6. Submitting the wrong hook, lyric, prompt, email address, genre, mood, instruction, or form response.

    7. Late, incomplete, unclear, contradictory, infringing, prohibited, or unusable User Content submitted by you.

    8. Requests that violate our Terms of Service, including requests to imitate a specific artist, songwriter, band, singer, producer, song, recording, public figure, or protected work.

    9. Your final song, AI music output, video, post, release, or advertisement not performing well.

    10. Rejection, takedown, copyright claim, demonetization, account restriction, distribution rejection, or policy issue on Suno, Udio, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, or any other third-party platform.

    11. A third-party platform changing its terms, pricing, commercial-use rules, copyright policies, subscription rules, availability, or output quality.

    12. Assumptions that Hook Fixer provides legal advice, copyright clearance, music publishing services, distribution services, exclusivity, ownership guarantees, or commercial-use guarantees.

    13. Payment delays, holds, account limitations, currency conversion issues, international payment restrictions, PayPal issues, card issues, bank issues, or other payment-processor decisions outside our reasonable control.

    14. Technical issues caused by your device, browser, email provider, spam filter, internet connection, firewall, or third-party tools not controlled by us.

    15. Discount codes, promotions, price changes, beta pricing, or later sales that become available after your purchase.

    16. Chargeback abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, or attempts to access paid products without payment.

    9. Creative Results Are Subjective

    Hook Fixer provides creative writing support. Creative quality, emotional impact, memorability, “human feel,” commercial potential, and musical usefulness are inherently subjective. You understand that a result may not match your personal taste, preferred writing style, expected emotional direction, or commercial expectations.

    A subjective disagreement with the creative result is not a technical defect and does not automatically qualify for a refund. We may, at our discretion, provide a correction, replacement, clarification, or limited revision if we believe doing so is appropriate, but revisions are not guaranteed unless expressly included on the product page at the time of purchase.

    10. Revisions, Corrections, and Re-Delivery

    Unless a product page expressly includes revisions, purchases do not include unlimited edits, rewrites, consultations, human review, follow-up support, or ongoing access. Any revision, correction, re-delivery, replacement, or support offered by Hook Fixer is provided at our discretion unless required by law.

    We may correct obvious technical errors, formatting issues, missing sections, broken delivery links, or accidental delivery mistakes within a reasonable time after you notify us. To request help, contact hello@aihookfixer.com with your order email, order number if available, and a clear description of the issue.

    11. Copyright, Platform, and Commercial-Use Disclaimer

    Hook Fixer does not guarantee that any Output, AI-assisted lyric, prompt, hook, song idea, AI-generated song, recording, video, post, advertisement, release, or distribution will be copyrightable, original, unique, non-infringing, commercially usable, monetizable, accepted by any platform, or free from claims.

    You are solely responsible for reviewing your input and output, securing any necessary rights, complying with third-party platform terms, and deciding whether the result is appropriate for your intended use. Refunds are not provided because a third-party platform rejects, limits, removes, demonetizes, or disputes your final work.

    12. Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Fraud Prevention

    If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at hello@aihookfixer.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate delivery issues, duplicate charges, payment errors, and support requests.

    We reserve the right to suspend access, refuse future orders, block accounts or email addresses, cancel pending work, or limit service if we reasonably suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized use, payment manipulation, repeated refund abuse, violation of our Terms of Service, or attempts to access paid content without payment.

    If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened after a digital product or customized result has been delivered, we may provide the payment processor with order records, delivery records, email logs, submission records, support communications, IP/device information, policy acknowledgments, and other relevant evidence to defend the dispute, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

    13. Cancellations

    Because Hook Fixer products are digital and may be processed quickly after purchase or submission, cancellation is generally not available after processing has begun, after digital access has been provided, or after User Content has been submitted for a customized result.

    If you purchased by mistake and have not accessed the product, submitted the required form, received a result, downloaded materials, or otherwise used the Service, you may contact us promptly at hello@aihookfixer.com. We may approve or deny a cancellation request at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

    14. Promotions, Discounts, and Price Changes

    We may offer free versions, beta pricing, discounts, coupons, promotional offers, bundles, limited-time offers, or different pricing at different times. Unless expressly stated, promotions are not retroactive and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Price changes, later discounts, or new product versions do not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, credit, or price adjustment.

    15. Beta, Experimental, and Changing Services

    Hook Fixer may be offered as a beta, experimental, early-access, or evolving digital service. Features, pricing, output formats, scoring systems, usage limits, product names, delivery methods, workflow structure, and availability may change at any time. Use of a beta or evolving service does not entitle you to a refund simply because the Service changes, is updated, is replaced, is discontinued, or produces different output formats in the future.

    16. Legal Rights Not Limited Where Prohibited

    Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Some jurisdictions may provide refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot be excluded or limited. If any part of this Policy conflicts with a non-waivable legal right, the applicable legal right will control only to the extent required by law.

    · Your order number, transaction ID, or PayPal/checkout confirmation if available.

    We may request additional information to verify the order, investigate the issue, prevent fraud, or determine whether a remedy is appropriate. Failure to provide reasonably requested information may delay or prevent resolution.
