Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Hook Fixer’s website, products and AI-assisted lyric-hook service. By accessing, purchasing or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Service

HookFixer provides creative-writing support, hook diagnosis, scoring, rewrites, prompt-ready formatting and short-form ideas. It does not provide legal advice, copyright clearance, publishing, distribution, rights management or guaranteed commercial outcomes.

2. Beta service

The Service may evolve. Features, pricing, formats, limits, models and availability may change. It may contain errors, limitations or delays, and we may update or discontinue features.

3. Your content and rights

You retain rights you hold in submitted content. You confirm that you own or have permission to use it. You grant us a limited right to process, transmit and store it as needed to provide, secure, improve and support the Service and comply with law.

4. Prohibited use

You may not submit content you lack rights to; request imitation of a named artist or protected song; generate unlawful, harmful or infringing content; scrape or reverse engineer our protected workflows; or use bots, fake accounts or aliases to bypass payment or trial limits.

5. Output

AI-assisted output may be non-unique, imperfect or similar to other material. Review and edit it before use. Subject to payment and compliance, you may use output in personal or commercial projects, but we cannot grant rights we do not own or guarantee copyrightability, exclusivity, non-infringement or platform acceptance.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices and authoritative charges are set server-side. PayPal processes payments. Digital sales are subject to our Refund and Digital Delivery Policy. Access may be withheld for pending, failed, reversed or refunded payments.

7. Third-party platforms

HookFixer is independent of OpenAI, Suno, Udio, PayPal and social, streaming or distribution platforms. Their rules can change, and you are responsible for their terms, licenses and commercial-use requirements.

8. Availability and warranties

The Service and output are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, originality, uninterrupted availability and non-infringement.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookFixer is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, including lost profits, claims, takedowns, demonetization or reliance on output. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
