1. What Hook Fixer Provides

Hook Fixer provides AI-assisted lyric hook rewriting, creative writing support, hook diagnosis, hook scoring, prompt-ready formatting, and short-form music content workflow materials.

Hook Fixer is designed to help music creators improve short lyrical ideas, opening lines, emotional hooks, chorus concepts, and prompt-ready text for AI music workflows.

Hook Fixer does not provide legal advice, copyright clearance, music publishing services, music distribution services, copyright registration services, rights management, or guaranteed commercial-use rights.

2. Beta and Experimental Service

Hook Fixer may be offered as a beta, experimental, early-access, or evolving digital service.

You understand and agree that:

1. Features, pricing, output formats, usage limits, delivery methods, product names, and availability may change at any time.

2. The Service may contain errors, limitations, delays, formatting issues, or incomplete features.

3. We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the Service without prior notice.

4. We do not guarantee that any beta or experimental feature will continue to be available in the future.

5. We may change free usage limits, paid plan benefits, output quantity, scoring systems, or workflow structure at any time.

By using the Service during a beta or early-access period, you accept these limitations.

3. No Affiliation With Third-Party Platforms

Hook Fixer is an independent service.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Suno, Udio, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, OpenAI, or any other third-party music, AI, social media, streaming, or distribution platform.

Any references to third-party platforms are for descriptive, educational, and workflow-related purposes only.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the terms, policies, licensing rules, subscription requirements, commercial-use restrictions, and copyright policies of any third-party platform you use.

4. User Content

“User Content” means any text, lyric idea, hook, phrase, prompt, song concept, reference, instruction, or other material that you submit to Hook Fixer.

You represent and warrant that:

1. You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit.

2. Your User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, contractual right, or other legal right of any third party.

3. Your User Content does not contain lyrics, melodies, song titles, artist names, voice references, or other protected material that you are not authorized to use.

4. You will not submit material copied from existing songs, poems, scripts, books, recordings, social media posts, or other protected works unless you have the legal right to do so.

5. You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit and for any use of the Output generated through the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

5. User Content Processing

By submitting User Content to Hook Fixer, you grant Hook Fixer a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to process, analyze, transform, store, transmit, and use your User Content solely as necessary to:

1. Provide the Service.

2. Generate, format, and deliver Output.

3. Maintain and improve the Service.

4. Prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, or policy violations.

5. Enforce these Terms.

6. Comply with applicable law, legal process, or platform requirements.

7. Troubleshoot technical issues and customer support requests.

This limited right does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Hook Fixer.

6. No Confidential Submissions

Hook Fixer is not a secure storage service, rights-management service, publishing service, confidentiality service, or legal archive.

Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, unreleased, proprietary, trade secret, or commercially valuable material unless you are comfortable using it with an AI-assisted online service.

You understand and agree that:

1. User Content you submit may be processed by automated systems, third-party tools, service providers, or workflow platforms used to operate the Service.

2. We do not guarantee confidentiality for any User Content submitted through the Service.

3. You are responsible for removing confidential, private, or sensitive information before submitting content.

4. Hook Fixer is not responsible for any claim arising from your decision to submit confidential, proprietary, unreleased, or sensitive material.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Hook Fixer to:

1. Copy, reproduce, paraphrase, transform, rewrite, or create derivative works from copyrighted songs, lyrics, poems, recordings, books, scripts, social media posts, or other protected works without permission.

2. Submit lyrics, hooks, melodies, song concepts, or prompts that you do not own or have the right to use.

3. Request outputs that imitate, copy, clone, replace, or closely replicate a specific living or deceased artist, songwriter, producer, vocalist, band, public figure, or identifiable creative identity.

4. Submit prompts such as “write like [famous artist],” “make this sound like [specific song],” “rewrite this in the style of [artist],” “make it sound like [band],” or similar instructions.

5. Generate or modify lyrics intended to mislead others into believing they were written, performed, endorsed, approved, or authorized by a specific artist, label, publisher, songwriter, or rights holder.

6. Circumvent, avoid, or violate the copyright rules, commercial-use rules, or platform policies of Suno, Udio, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Instagram, or any other platform.

7. Upload or submit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, abusive, obscene, sexually explicit, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise harmful content.

8. Use the Service to create content that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

9. Scrape, copy, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or reproduce the Service, its workflows, prompts, scoring systems, product materials, or protected content without permission.

10. Use automated scripts, bots, fake accounts, repeated email addresses, or other methods to bypass usage limits, payment requirements, or free-trial restrictions.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, remove, cancel, or limit access to any request, order, account, or content that we believe may violate these Terms.

8. Style, Genre, and Artist Imitation Boundary

Hook Fixer allows users to describe general creative directions, such as:

1. Genre.

2. Mood.

3. Emotion.

4. Audience.

5. Song situation.

6. Story theme.

7. Short-form platform goal.

8. General production context.

For example, you may request a hook that feels “melancholic,” “cinematic,” “minimal,” “romantic,” “indie pop,” “dark R&B,” “country breakup,” or “short-form friendly.”

However, you may not request Output that is intended to imitate, substitute for, impersonate, or be confused with a specific artist, songwriter, band, vocalist, producer, song, recording, vocal identity, or protected work.

Hook Fixer may reject or modify requests that include artist names, song names, identifiable references, or instructions that appear designed to copy or closely imitate protected works or public figures.

9. Anti-Abuse and Usage Limits

We may monitor, limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service if we detect or reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, excessive use, unauthorized automation, or attempts to bypass restrictions.

Prohibited abuse includes, but is not limited to:

1. Repeated free-trial circumvention.

2. Creating multiple accounts or using multiple email addresses to avoid payment or usage limits.

3. Automated submissions, scraping, bots, or mass requests.

4. Excessive use that places unreasonable load on the Service.

5. Attempts to access paid features without payment.

6. Attempts to reverse engineer, extract, copy, or resell Hook Fixer workflows, prompts, scoring systems, or product materials.

7. Submitting content that repeatedly violates copyright, artist imitation, or platform policy rules.

8. Using the Service for spam, misleading content, fraudulent activity, or unlawful commercial activity.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, revoke access, block accounts, or restrict future purchases if we believe these Terms have been violated.

10. AI-Assisted Output

“Output” means any rewritten hook, lyric line, score, diagnosis, prompt format, creative suggestion, or other material generated, formatted, or delivered by Hook Fixer.

Hook Fixer may use AI systems, automated workflows, human editing, third-party tools, or a combination of these methods to generate Output.

You understand and agree that:

1. Output may be similar to content generated for other users.

2. Output may not be unique.

3. Output may contain errors, clichés, similarities, or unintended references.

4. Output may not be suitable for every platform, audience, or commercial purpose.

5. Output should be reviewed, edited, and approved by you before use.

6. Hook Fixer does not guarantee that Output is copyrightable, registrable, original, commercially usable, non-infringing, or suitable for distribution.

7. You are solely responsible for determining whether Output is appropriate for your intended use.

11. Ownership and Rights

As between you and Hook Fixer, you retain any rights you have in your original User Content.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use the Output for your own personal or commercial projects.

However, Hook Fixer does not represent or guarantee that:

1. Hook Fixer owns exclusive rights in any Output.

2. You receive exclusive rights in any Output.

3. The Output is unique to you.

4. The Output is eligible for copyright protection.

5. The Output is free from similarity to other content.

6. The Output may be commercially used on every platform.

7. The Output will be accepted by any AI music, streaming, social media, or distribution platform.

This permission does not include rights that Hook Fixer does not own or cannot grant, including rights in third-party material, AI platform outputs, music recordings, melodies, vocals, artist likenesses, copyrighted works, trademarks, or content submitted by you without authorization.

You are responsible for securing any additional licenses, permissions, platform rights, publishing rights, distribution rights, or commercial-use rights required for your final song, recording, video, post, release, or distribution.

12. No Guarantee of Copyright Protection

Hook Fixer does not guarantee that any Output, AI-assisted lyric, AI-generated song, or final musical work will qualify for copyright protection.

Copyright protection may depend on factors such as human authorship, originality, creative control, editing, arrangement, jurisdiction, and applicable law.

You are responsible for consulting a qualified legal professional if you need advice about copyright ownership, copyright registration, licensing, publishing, or commercial release.

13. Commercial Use

Hook Fixer may help prepare lyric hooks or prompt-ready text for use in music creation workflows. However, we do not guarantee that any final work created with third-party AI music platforms may be used commercially.

Commercial use may depend on:

1. The third-party platform you use.

2. Your subscription plan.

3. The platform’s current terms of service.

4. The originality and legality of your input material.

5. Whether your final work includes protected third-party material.

6. Applicable copyright, music publishing, and distribution rules.

You are solely responsible for checking and following all applicable commercial-use requirements.

14. Third-Party Platform Risk

AI music platforms, social media platforms, streaming platforms, and distribution platforms may change their rules, pricing, licensing models, copyright policies, commercial-use restrictions, or availability at any time.

Hook Fixer is not responsible for:

1. Changes to Suno, Udio, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, or any other platform.

2. Account suspensions, takedowns, copyright claims, demonetization, distribution rejection, or platform penalties.

3. Loss of access to third-party tools or services.

4. Any claim that your final song, video, post, or release violates a third-party policy or legal right.

5. Any change in law, platform policy, licensing model, or industry practice that affects AI-generated music.

15. No Legal, Publishing, or Distribution Advice

Hook Fixer provides creative and educational support only.

Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as legal advice, copyright clearance, publishing advice, tax advice, business advice, music licensing advice, distribution advice, or a guarantee of legal compliance.

You should consult qualified professionals before commercially releasing, monetizing, licensing, registering, publishing, or distributing music.

16. Refunds and Digital Products

Because Hook Fixer provides digital products, AI-assisted creative services, and/or instantly accessible materials, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a separate refund policy.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, if available, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may, at our discretion, offer a refund, credit, revision, or replacement if there is a technical issue, duplicate charge, or delivery failure.

Refunds are not guaranteed simply because:

1. You do not like the creative result.

2. A third-party platform changes its rules.

3. Your AI music output does not perform well.

4. Your song, video, or post is rejected, demonetized, or removed by another platform.

5. You expected copyright, ownership, exclusivity, or commercial-use rights that Hook Fixer does not provide.

6. You violated these Terms or submitted prohibited content.

17. Account and Payment Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when purchasing or using the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login information, email address, and payment details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if we suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, policy violations, payment disputes, chargeback abuse, or legal risk.

18. Service Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or restrict any part of the Service at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every platform, workflow, browser, device, user expectation, or third-party service.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all Output are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hook Fixer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, originality, commercial usability, copyrightability, platform compliance, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that:

1. The Service will meet your expectations.

2. The Output will be unique or error-free.

3. The Output will not resemble other content.

4. The Output will be accepted by any AI, music, social, streaming, or distribution platform.

5. The Output or final work will be free from copyright claims, takedowns, disputes, or platform penalties.

6. The Service will remain available in its current form.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hook Fixer and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Lost profits.

2. Lost revenue.

3. Lost business opportunities.

4. Copyright claims.

5. Takedowns or demonetization.

6. Platform bans or account suspensions.

7. Distribution rejection.

8. Loss of data.

9. Damage to reputation.

10. Reliance on Output generated through the Service.

11. Changes to third-party platforms or laws.

12. Unauthorized use of your User Content by third parties.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hook Fixer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hook Fixer and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from:

1. Your use of the Service.

2. Your User Content.

3. Your use of any Output.

4. Your final songs, recordings, videos, posts, releases, or distributions.

5. Your violation of these Terms.

6. Your violation of any third-party rights.

7. Your violation of any third-party platform terms or policies.

8. Your request to imitate, copy, or reference protected artists, songs, recordings, or works.

9. Your commercial use, publication, distribution, or monetization of any final work.
